Hope everyone is staying safe with the snow and the upcoming bitter cold.  As Congress came back to Washington this week the first items of business is to address the soon expiring continuing resolutions in January & February.  The first continuing resolutions is set to expire on the 19th of January and Speaker Johnson has proposed either a short term extension or a one year continuing resolution.  Some members of the Republican Caucus have expressed opposition.  We should have additional clarity early next week.  We wanted to share our weekly roundup of articles that can benefit or impact your planning outcomes.  If you have questions or concerns, please use the link below to schedule a time for a conversation.  Please also feel free to forward to anyone you believe might benefit.
